The Userplane Directory unfortunately had some downtime this Thursday due to hardware issues. The following is our report on the incident. We believe we have solved the issue, and do not foresee any additional downtime.
Impact: Intermittent connectivity issues during Thursday Thursday Feb 27
Cause: A partial database failure and errors in code pushed to fix the problem caused Webchat authentication to fail for certain users.
Remedy: Code deployed, additional hardware redundancy being installed.
